India to host series against Sri Lanka, New Zealand and Australia in 2022-23 home season

NEW DELHI: The Oversight Body for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced the Indian men’s team’s home series schedule on Thursday Sri Lanka, New Zealand and Australia with all formats.
The home season series will feature 6 T20Is, 9 ODIs and 4 Tests, beginning in January with a three-game T20I series against Sri Lanka. The games will be played in Mumbai, Pune and Rajkot on January 3rd, 5th and 7th respectively.
India and Sri Lanka will then each play three ODIs in Guwahati, Kolkata and Thiruvananthapuram on January 10th, 12th and 15th.

India then play a three-game ODI series against New Zealand on January 18, 21 and 24 in Hyderabad, Raipur and Indore respectively.
India also plays a three-game T20I series against New Zealand on January 27, January 29 and February 1 in Ranchi, Lucknow and Ahmedabad.

The Australian tour of India for the Border-Gavaskar Trophy kicks off in Nagpur on February 9th. Team India will then play the next three friendlies in Delhi (February 17), Dharamsala (March 1) and Ahmedabad (March 9). This will also be the final edition of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, which will be a 4-match Test series.

The home season then concludes with a three-match ODI series between India and Australia to be played in Mumbai (17 March), Vizag (19 March) and Chennai (22 March).
