Twitter is expanding its feature set, likely to bring more people to the platform. The social networking platform is apparently testing a new feature that would allow verified companies to post all job vacancies on their profiles. Although Twitter hasn’t made any official announcement about working on this feature or planning its release, some tipsters seem to have taken a peek at how testing is being conducted with select organizations. The tentative name of this unannounced feature is “Twitter Hiring”.

Tech tipster and app researcher Nima Owji shared a screenshot of this upcoming Twitter feature on July 20th. The shared tweet also explained this in more detail Twitter plans to allow companies to post up to five vacancies at once. The platform said it wants to enable companies to attract top talent for positions currently available.

Once interested applicants click on the job posting, they will be redirected to the website of the company that posted the job.

“Twitter has over 528 million users. From software developers to retail salespeople to forklift drivers, your next employee is here,” the statement said.

The idea of giving this to Twitter LinkedIn Twist met his owner first Elon Musk when a user suggested that Twitter should add dating features to the app.

Musk had replied at the time that it was a good idea and that job offers could also be posted on Twitter.

It looks like Musk is trying to get more users and organizations to subscribe to his paid subscription Twitter blue Features and bring a revenue stream to the company, which he bought for around $44 billion (approximately 3,60,711 crore) last year.

The microblogging app created an account called @TwitterHiring with a verified tick, but hasn’t posted anything about it yet. The account has already amassed 5,308 followers within hours of its launch.

It looks like Twitter is focusing on the way forward after Meta this month beat the competition with the launch of a Twitter-like app called ” subjects.
