The supply chain software provider One Network Enterprises (ONE) announced February 21 the beta launch of its new AI tool NEO Assistant. ONE said in a statement that its NEO Assistant is the world’s first artificial intelligence supply chain assistant.
ONE said that the tool will be able to make real-time suggestions to users as problems occur in their supply chains. ONE added that the NEO Assistant will be able to guide companies through complex decision-making processes. Also, NEO Assistant comes equipped with optional voice-driven connections, allowing for hands-free usage.
“A supply chain assistant with the reasoning of a large language model combined with adaptive flows, prescriptions, and visualization represents a truly new paradigm for decision-making,” said Ranjit Notani, the CTO of ONE. “It provides a radically new user experience. In some ways, it is the most natural interface for adaptive decision-making. However, it goes beyond this to guide the user in solving complex multi-step problems in dynamically changing real-time environments.”
