Mr. Byler won a Fast Track 50 Award in 2023 from Geauga County in Northeastern Ohio recognizing his company as a leading, fast-growing business based on his 20% employment growth and 80% sales growth.
MIDDLEFIELD, OHIO, January 22, 2024 /24-7PressRelease/ — Aaron Byler has been inducted into Marquis Who’s Who. As in all Marquis Who’s Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Mr. Byler is the successful owner of A & A Masonry LLC in East Cleveland. Specializing in providing custom design services and intricate stone and brick veneer to the residential sector, he and his team offer a range of expertise, crafting personalized fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, and hardscape projects such as retaining walls and foundations. Focusing on functionality and visual appeal, Mr. Byler’s company provides new, durable, and elegant outdoor spaces.
Garnering a reputation as a leader in the industry, Mr. Byler is a second-generation owner of A & A Masonry LLC, originally founded by his father in 1997. Working directly beneath him from 2010 to 2018, he subsequently took ownership, continuing the family legacy by ensuring every client is happy with the final product. Looking toward the future, Mr. Byler plans to expand his business, which requires employing upward of 30 professionals and adding a dedicated chimney repair and construction division.
Drawing ongoing inspiration from his father as the son of a supportive Amish community, Mr. Byler is grateful for his mentorship and guidance in the industry. Having notably separated from his formal education after eighth grade to join his father’s business, he began by learning how to properly mix mortar and install stonework. At age 21, Mr. Byler took a giant leap forward by becoming the company’s newest owner.
Besides his full-time career endeavors, Mr. Byler manages his farm. He also dedicates his free time to being the co-founder of Northern Ohio Assisting Hands (NOAH Group), an organization that contributes to disaster relief services and local initiatives that provide aid to the elderly in need. NOAH Group notably works alongside the Mennonite Disaster Service.
Among other civic goals, Mr. Byler intends to open a bookstore tailored to business leaders in his community to emphasize business expansion and intellectual enrichment among its members. Ultimately, his goal is to foster more personal growth within the community.
In light of his success, Mr. Byler won a Fast Track 50 Award in 2023 from Geauga County in Northeastern Ohio, recognizing his company as a leading, fast-growing business based on his 20% employment growth and 80% sales growth. He attributes his good fortune not only to his father’s mentorship but also to the guidance he received from his business coach from Anabaptist Financial, who played a critical role in the effective management of his company.
