A native of New Zealand who immigrated to the United States in 1994, Ms. Goodman completed a comprehensive Registered Nursing degree in 1993 from Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology, a premier nursing education institution. She also gained valuable experience in various healthcare disciplines including Psychiatry, Women’s Health, Rehabilitation and Aged Care, all of which contribute to her holistic approach to patient care. Ms. Goodman maintains an important professional network through key industry memberships with the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) and Global Community Communications Alliance.
Shortly after coming to the United States, Mrs. Goodman became a missionary and ordained pastor Global Community Communications Alliance, a 501c3 organization with many branches of service to help people and the planet. Her passion for caring for humanity led her to a career in nursing and, of course, to her calling as a human rights missionary. Within Global Community Communications Alliancewho is also at home Avalon Organic Gardens & Ecovillage and the University of Ascension Science & The Physics of Rebellionshe is also a consultant, educator, animal husbandry worker and is a published singer/songwriter on the Music for global change non-profit record company.
