SOUTH PADRE ISLAND, TEXAS, February 03, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ — Arnie Creinin, president and chief executive officer of Coastal Lifestyles Inc., was selected by Marquis Who’s Who for a prominent feature in the Texas Edition of The Wall Street Journal, published on November 27, 2024.
After serving in the hospitality industry for 44 years, 26 years of which were spent in the hotel industry, Mr. Creinin left the field to establish Coastal Lifestyles Inc., in 2006. Noticing a need for property management services, he became a Texas Licensed Realtor and created Coastal Lifestyles, a first-class property rental and management company, to provide comprehensive property management to his clients. Since founding the company, he has served as the president and chief executive officer.
Mr. Creinin began his career in 1980, when he joined the staff at Americana Hotels as a sous chef at the Americana Canyon Hotel. Dedicating himself to the culinary arts, he set himself apart from his peers and moved up to the executive chef position in 1984, continuing in this role until 1992. As an executive chef, he offered his talents to the Americana Great Gorge Resort in New Jersey, the Americana Snow King Resort in Jackson Hole, the Americana Royal Resort in Disney Village, now known as Disney Springs, and The Kahler Cooperation. Though he enjoyed his work as a chef, Mr. Creinin sought to progress into an executive role, and in 1992, he became the executive chef, then food and beverage director, and finally hotel manager of the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort and Spa in Miramar Beach, Florida. Leaving the hotel in 2001, he offered his services as a consultant for five years in Kentucky properties as a general manager before establishing Coastal Lifestyles with his wife, Debbie.
While working as an executive chef in Florida, Mr. Creinin was involved in the creation of the restaurants for which his son Jon currently works as the event manager at The Hilton. He began including Jon in his work at a young age, teaching him the necessary facets of the restaurant operation, from proper food preparation to running a business. Today, he is proud to see his son applying the principles he shared many years ago.
Mr. Creinin attributes his success to his timeliness, resourcefulness and ability to recognize opportunities. For his achievements, he has been featured in Pro-Files Magazine, Millennium Magazine, Forbes and Fortune magazine. He credits the continued development of Coastal Lifestyles to his wife, Debbie, who has worked alongside him as vice president and chief operating officer of the company, which has grown to support over 15 employees.
Reflecting on his career, Mr. Creinin believes that his dedication to treating others well has greatly benefited him in his professional growth. He has cultivated loyal relationships with employees and peers alike, maintaining industry relationships going as far back as 40+ years.
Looking to the future, Mr. Creinin aims to semi-retire. When he does leave his position at Coastal Lifestyles, he hopes to be remembered as a helpful, giving person who always sets aside time to mentor others. He has enjoyed long, prosperous careers in two industries and looks forward to taking a step back from his duties to pursue his hobbies and interests.
