Prior to his present role, Mr. Wolfson began his career in 1983 as a tax consultant with Arthur Andersen & Co. in Hartford and then worked at several well-known Hartford area law firms including Gordon, Muir and Foley, Gersten & Clifford, Rome , Case, Kennelly and Klebanoff, PC, and Edwards & Angell (now Locke Lord) before founding his own company, Feiner Wolfson LLC, in 1998.
A native of West Hartford, Connecticut, Mr. Wolfson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Drew University in Madison. New Jersey in 1980, where he was inducted into the Omicron Delta Epsilon, the International Economics Honor Society. In addition, Mr. Wolfson earned a doctorate in law from the University of Connecticut School of Law in West Hartford, Connecticut in 1983. Attorney Wolfson is well qualified in his field and is a senior member of the Hartford County Bar Association and the Connecticut Bar Association. In addition to serving in the Connecticut state courts, Attorney Wolfson is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, the United States Tax Court, the Second Circuit of the Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
In addition to his many professional accomplishments, Mr. Wolfson obtained summary judgment in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut in the fall of 2006 on behalf of the city of Bloomfield, Connecticut. a former All-American City to validate a referendum to approve $94.6 million in bonds to renovate five Bloomfield public schools.
