Before his present role, Mr. Feinberg served as an author, editor and consultant for FLAME Foundation in 2002 and as a consultant for Great Degrees! Inc. in 2005. From 2004 to 2008 he worked in various finance and strategy roles for MetLife Inc. Following this period, he served as an equity analyst for Morningstar from 2008 until joining the DWS Group as a securities analyst in 2012. He was promoted to portfolio manager in 2018, head of investments for global natural resources equities in 2021, and co-head of commodities and global natural resources equities in 2023. Among his professional accomplishments, he was a winner of the Best on the Street Survey by the Wall Street Journal in 2011.
Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Feinberg earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Northwestern University in 2004. Following this achievement, in 2012 he attained a Master of Business Administration with distinction from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management with concentrations in finance, strategy, international business and social enterprise. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
