Clean Planet Energy today announced the opening of its first US facility in Houston, TX.
The offices of Clean Planet Energy; Located at the central intersection of I-45 and Beltway 8 in North Houston, the hotel is just 15 minutes from the Intercontinental Airport and 20 minutes from downtown Houston.
In November of last year, Clean Planet Energy, a UK-headquartered green tech company, announced the formation of a joint venture in the US with FTAI Infrastructure Inc. (Nasdaq: FIP) to develop Clean Planet ecoPlants in key markets in North America . Beginning in New Jersey, the joint venture is already moving forward with several additional projects, with agreements in place to supply plastics in Alabama, Texas, Florida, South Carolina and other key North American markets.
More recently, the North American joint venture announced important agreements with raw materials for plastic waste KW Plastics and RePower South to support a drive for advanced recycling circularity.
The Northchase Drive offices will house Clean Planet’s US-based project teams and will allow for both office and hybrid work facilities.
CityNorth, the campus where Clean Planet’s new offices are located, is a LEED certified Class A office campus offering world-class amenities. Set within 36 acres of landscaped grounds with reimagined outdoor spaces, the architecturally distinct Clean Planet offices feature light-filled floors, state-of-the-art building systems, ample parking, 24-hour access, security and on-site management. The campus consists of two multi-tenant buildings with over 750,000 square feet and four single-tenant buildings with over 1,280,000 square feet. In addition to more than 2 million square feet of office space, there is an additional 80,000 square feet of retail space that includes a variety of dining options and tenant services.
