Prior to embarking on her professional journey, Mrs. Richardson-James earned an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Social Studies from Lone Star College-CyFair. Following this achievement, she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain and Logistics in Technology with double minors in Purchasing and Organizational Leadership and Supervision from the University of Houston. Well-qualified in her field, she is certified in international logistics, export documentation, transportation and logistics and diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. She is also a certified Scrum Alliance professional, among other credentials.
Looking to the future, Mrs. Richardson-James intends to maintain a healthy work-life balance while simultaneously advancing her career and climbing the corporate ladder. Having demonstrated great resilience and adaptability throughout her career, she treats each challenge as an opportunity for learning and growth, including transitioning her career from the oil and gas industry to healthcare.
