In addition to his work with DK Movement Cares, Mr. Jones is an Assistant Vice President Team Leader for Bank of America in which he develops and implements strategies for customer service within the home equity department. Mr. Jones is ranked in the top 5% for overall sales and delight performance. He received a Platinum Award from Bank of America for his extraordinary achievements in driving responsible growth and improving the operating environment.
Before obtaining his current role with Bank of America, Mr. Jones directed a small team specializing in new product introduction, sales, and customer relationship management as a short sales team leader for National Default Servicing. Likewise, he gained valuable expertise as an account executive for Blueplay, Inc., a sales manager for Thermo Spas, a loan manager for Ascella Mortgage, and a loan originator for Ameriquest Mortgage, where he was a primary client liaison through all lifecycle development and processing matters.
ln conjunction with his non-profit work, he also contributes to his community through his past participations serving as a board member on the Men’s and Boys’ Fund in Bristol, Connecticut, the Bristol Diversity Council and currently serves on the Energy Commission Board. Due to his considerable knowledge, he has been featured in several local newspapers and in the local media. Additionally, Mr. Jones and his non-profit organization were recognized by the Better Business Bureau with a Community Honorable Mention award for serving the community.
