Before transitioning to the financial industry, Mr. Knight had a notable career in collegiate football coaching, culminating with service as an assistant football coach at McPherson College from 2019 to 2023. Prior to that, he contributed as an assistant football coach at Missouri University of Science and Technology from 2018 to 2019, where he played a pivotal role in leading the team to postseason play for the first time in 60 years. His coaching journey also includes a tenure at Saint Francis University from 2015 to 2017, where he worked toward the team’s first-ever Division 1 conference championship win. He began his coaching career as a graduate assistant football coach at the University of Central Missouri from 2013 to 2015.
Mr. Knight’s academic background laid a strong foundation for his professional achievements. He earned a Master of Science in kinesiology from the University of Central Missouri in 2015 and a Bachelor of Science in physical education teaching and coaching from the same institution in 2013. His formal education is complemented by his involvement with well-respected organizations, such as the Rotary Club and AMBUCS.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Knight has been recognized for his service and dedication through awards, such as E.A. and Mary Jane Amarkey Award for his contributions to football. He was also involved in civic-minded organizations, serving as president of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes while in attendance at the University of Central Missouri.
Outside of his career, Mr. Knight cherishes spending time with his family, including his wife and their two daughters, and enjoys playing golf in his free time. Looking ahead, he aims to expand his client base significantly while also managing substantial assets.
