An accomplished public affairs expert and entrepreneur, Ms. Tromelin has over two decades of experience in her field. She is the founder and CEO of FCT Strategies LLC, specializing in international protocol, cross-cultural communication, event and project management. Additionally, she serves as a mentor in residence for venture founders as part of the University of Arizona FORGE program.

Ms. Tromelin’s career showcases her versatility and adaptability. She held a significant role as the former Chief of Protocol to the U.S. Ambassador to France and Monaco from 2014 to 2020. In this role, she served as one of the Ambassador’s closest advisors, creating and implementing cross-cultural diplomatic events and projects that strengthened the historic cooperation between France and America. Her diverse roles, including working for the American Battle Monuments Commission, serving as an advertising manager for L’Union newspaper, and being a public affairs manager for the Pommery Champagne House, highlight her adaptability and commitment to excellence.

Ms. Tromelin holds a Master’s degree in marketing and management from the Institute Commerciale de Champagne-Ardennes, France, and a master’s certificate in cross-cultural communication and conflict management with a global mindset from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, Phoenix, AZ.

Passionate about fostering long-term international partnerships and contributing to her community, Flora supports economic exchanges between France and Arizona in her role as Arizona Board Member of the French American Chamber of Commerce. She also serves as a board member of the Veterans Heritage Project. Previously, she contributed her time and energy to the Alliance Française of Greater Phoenix, Arizona Helping Hands, and the Lions Clubs International. She has received several Department of State Awards for her dedication to excellence. In 2018 she was honored with the Local US Embassy Paris Employee of the Year Award.

Ms. Tromelin takes great pride in founding her company and mentoring entrepreneurs at the University of Arizona. As a former U.S. military spouse, she understands the unique challenges and opportunities that come with this role, shaping her approach to her work and clients. She credits her success to her respect for her clients and co-workers and the support of her family. She finds immense satisfaction in assisting her clients with their international endeavors, which have recently led her to Italy. In the coming years, she intends to expand her company on an international scale while celebrating her children’s successes.
