Leicestershire’s leading conference venue portfolio wins Silver at the VisitEngland Awards for Excellence.
VisitEngland announced the winners of its annual Awards for Excellence at an evening ceremony hosted by Alex Polizzi as part of Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter on 7 June.
Ranging from Small Visitor Attraction of the Year and B&B and Guest House of the Year to Business Event Venue of the Year and Experience of the Year, the Gold, Silver and Bronze winners were chosen from hundreds of tourism businesses across England , including hotels, self-catering accommodation, B&Bs, glamping operators, attractions, restaurants, pubs and museums.
Winner of the finalists in the category Venue for business events of the year were: The National Memorial Arboretum (Gold), Imago Venues
(silver) and ICC Birmingham (bronze). Imago Venues was selected as a finalist after winning the Gold Award for Best Venue for Business Events at the Leicestershire Tourism and Hospitality Awards in November 2022. The winners are nominated for the national Awards for Excellence.
