Prior to her current role at Outdoor Cap Co., Ms. Jeter served as head of sales & licensing at the company from 2022 to 2023. During that time, she was instrumental in expanding the company’s licensing portfolio and strengthening its market presence. Before stepping into that role, she held the position of senior director of sales & licensing from 2021 to 2022, a position in which she played a key role in driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships.
Ms. Jeter’s earlier roles at Outdoor Cap Co. included new business development coordinator and product development specialist from 2013 to 2017 as well as national sales manager from 2017 to 2021 after beginning her career as a legal assistant at McMahon Surovik Suttle PC, where she worked from 2005 to 2011. Before gaining professional experience, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Abilene Christian University in 2005, which equipped her with a deep understanding of human behavior and effective communication skills.
For her professional contributions, Ms. Jeter has been recognized with several awards, including the Women in Business Best in Class Award given by the NWA Business Journal in 2024, the Strive Award from Outdoor Cap Co. in 2019 and the Sandy Award from Outdoor Cap Co. in 2012.
