Mr. Patel co-founded The Integritty Group in 2015 with two of his best friends, combining their shared goals and complementary skills to establish a successful restaurant management group. As an owner and managing member from 2015 to 2020, he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s portfolio. They have since ventured into operating QDOBA restaurants by 2019, Dave’s Hot Chicken in 2023, and signed up with Paymore in 2024, currently managing almost 50 locations.
Before founding The Integritty Group, Mr. Patel served as chairman and principal of Hari Om Investments LLC from 2009 to 2019. He successfully franchised The Greene Turtle in 2015 and Checkers in 2013 after starting his first franchise journey with several Dunkin’ Donuts stores. After immigrating to the United States from India, he began his career as a clerk at Dunkin’ Donuts in 2000, quickly being promoted to manager and subsequently becoming an operating partner in 2001.
Reflecting on his career, Mr. Patel attributes his success to the unwavering support of his family and friends, as well as surrounding himself with like-minded individuals. Following in the entrepreneurial footsteps of his father and grandfather, he has built a career marked by innovation and growth.
Mr. Patel has been recognized for his professional achievements with several distinguished awards, including Developer of the Year from QDOBA in 2023 along with the Legacy Award and 1% Better Award from Checkers & Rally’s in the same year. His accomplishments were also featured in Franchise Magazine in 2022.
Outside his professional life, Mr. Patel enjoys spending quality time with his family. Looking ahead, he plans to achieve significant growth for each brand he operates, aiming to establish a highly respected and successful company.
