Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in his industry, Mr. Frankie has established a distinguished career as the chief executive officer at JFIII Associates, a position he has held since founding the company in 2017. In this role, he functions as a coach, author, mentor, speaker and LinkedIn thought leader, serving a variety of clients by providing personalized business advice.

Before founding JFIII Associates, Mr. Frankie served on the board of directors for the American Infrastructure Group Inc. beginning in 2021 after holding the position of president and co-founder of McF Associates LLC from 2016 to 2017. His expertise also led him to a role as senior executive consultant at EFL Associates, focusing on energy, technology and life sciences from 2014 to 2016. He also held tenure with OpCon Technologies Inc., where he was a board member from 2009 to 2013 and vice president of knowledge transfer in energy from 2011 to 2013. His early civilian career saw him serving as a board member of the American Biofuels Council, a principal at Horseshoe Funding and a senior advisor at Horseshoe Group Inc.

Before entering the private sector, Mr. Frankie served in the U.S. Army for 34 years, ultimately after retiring as a colonel. He served on active duty as a warfighter and in infantry and special operations units for more than 10 years before pivoting to a logistics position, where he spent the remainder of his military career. His service includes several significant leadership positions, such as chief of staff and installation commander at the U.S. Army and Air Force Exchange Service, division director of logistics operations at U.S. Joint Forces Command and commander of the 507th Corps Support Group within the XVIII Airborne Corps.

Mr. Frankie’s academic background includes an impressive array of degrees, including a Master of Science in national resource strategy from Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy and two degrees from the University of Arkansas, a Master of Arts in Spanish and a Master of Business Administration. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, earned in 1974.

Mr. Frankie’s academic achievements have been complemented by numerous certifications ranging from the Talent Optimization Certificate from The Predictive Index in 2022 to various scuba diving and PADI certifications. He is also a Certified Coach Practitioner, granted by the Certified Coaches Federation, a Certified Biofuels Educator and was a senior parachutist in the 82nd Airborne Division of U.S. Army.

Further establishing his expertise in the industry are Mr. Frankie’s memberships in numerous organizations. He is currently a member of Disabled American Veterans, the West Point Society of Greater Houston, the West Point Association of Graduates of the United States Military Academy and the InfraGard Houston Members Alliance. He has also participated in the Green Beret Foundation, the Society of Petroleum Engineers, the National Honor Society and the American Infrastructure Group Inc.

Mr. Frankie is particularly proud of his ability to leverage his military experience into quantifiable success in private sector skills, allowing him to transition into a thriving civilian career. He attributes his success to this talent, along with his altruistic tendencies and transparent communication style that have enabled long-lasting and honest business relationships.

In recognition of his professional achievements, Mr. Frankie has received numerous awards, including being named one of the Top 50 Global Thought Leaders and Influencers on Careers by thinkers360.com and being included in the Honor Order of Saint Christopher in the U.S Army. He has also received a Letter of Commendation from the Republic of Korea, a Plaque of Appreciation from the USFK Korean Employees Union and a Bronze Star and a certificate of achievement, both from the U.S. Army, alongside many awards.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Mr. Frankie is deeply involved in civic associations. He has served as a senior mentor at NextOp Veterans since 2014, is actively involved with Bunker Labs and has held positions on the board of directors for the West Point Society of Greater Houston since 2016, among other engagements.

In his personal life, Mr. Frankie enjoys traveling, helping people and spending time with his family.
