A seasoned attorney backed by years of expertise, Ms. Sherman represents clients in the clean energy and natural resources sector as senior policy counsel for Van Ness Feldman LLP. Before obtaining her current role, Ms. Sherman worked for the eponymous Sherman Strategic Affairs, a government relations and public affairs firm representing local, state, and federal clients.
During the early stages of her career, Ms. Sherman gained valuable expertise as the owner of Sherman Law Firm, LLC, and as an associate attorney with Andry Law Firm, Burglass & Tankersley LLC, and Beahm & Green. An expert in her field, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Subsequently, Ms. Sherman expanded her professional knowledge by completing civil law coursework at Louisiana State University and a JD specializing in healthcare and medical malpractice from the South Texas College of Law.
