In this role, she leads the global change management office, where she is responsible for leading the people side of change. Her duties include developing strategies and plans to minimize people related disruption, such as employee turnover, low performance and disengagement and increase adoption of new ways of working due to technology or processes related changes. Additionally, she coaches senior leaders on how to be change leaders and help navigate their teams through change.
Ms. Saeid’s career journey is marked by a series of significant roles that have contributed to her expertise and success. Her career started at Capgemini consulting in Change Management, Transformations, M&A, Growth Strategy and technology implementations. She was set up for success to continue her journey with MillerCoors/Molson Coors where she helped build the change management office supporting IT and Business-related projects. In 2017 she was elevated as the global change manager for Molson Coors. From 2020 to 2022, she was the senior director of change management at Anixter, following her tenure as the director of change management. Her early career leadership development started at General Motors.
Ms. Saeid’s educational background has been instrumental in her professional success. She earned a Master of Arts in industrial organizational psychology from The Chicago School in 2005 and a bachelor’s degree in psychology and chemistry from Northeastern University in 1999. Further enhancing her expertise, she is a registered product owner and scrum master through Scrum Inc. and holds Prosci Change Practitioner certification.
Ms. Saeid’s commitment to her field is reflected in her membership with several industry-related organizations, such as the Association of Change Management Professionals and the board of People and Change. Her dedication has also been recognized through various awards.
Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Saeid is actively involved in civic-minded organizations where she is able to continuously give back to her community through various nonprofit organizations.
