Laurie Cooperman Rosen, a veteran in the financial services industry, has left an indelible mark on the realm of business management. With over four decades of experience, she has been a driving force in shaping the landscape of financial services.

As the owner of Rent-A-CFO from 1998 to 2022, Ms. Cooperman Rosen built a thriving business from the ground up. Her journey in business management began with her studies in economics and music at Tufts University, culminating in a Master of Business Administration in finance and operations management from the prestigious Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1976.

Throughout her career, Ms. Cooperman Rosen has demonstrated unparalleled expertise in business operations, human resources, payroll management, and retirement planning. Her tenure as the owner of Rent-A-CFO provided her with invaluable insights into the intricacies of business management, which she successfully translated into entrepreneurial ventures.

Ms. Cooperman Rosen’s dedication to her craft extended beyond the confines of her professional life. She has also been a licensed notary public and has held Securities and real estate broker licenses, reflecting her multifaceted skill set and commitment to excellence.

In her well-deserved retirement, Ms. Cooperman Rosen continues to stay active, pursuing her passions for health and wellness, professional networking, and playing the piano. She also has engaged in day trading for investment, leveraging her financial acumen to navigate the complexities of the market.

Throughout her life, she has coincidentally (although she no longer believes in coincidences) run into the most famous people in almost every walk of life…has remained friends with some and worked with some. The list is beyond imagination but when in kindergarten (the first time she had ever seen an actual piano not on TV) the teacher asked the class to sing “Happy Birthday” to somebody in the room. Laurie held up her hand and asked if she could play the song on the piano. She sat down and Laurie played while everybody sang. Afterwards, the teacher asked Laurie how she had learned to play piano like that (she was 4 years old). Laurie told her that she had never touched a piano before. The teacher immediately called her parents who confirmed that was true, but they immediately bought her a small one (followed by a large one a couple of years later) and she pursued music throughout her life, and now has many memories of past lives as a pianist. She has also seen things in her dreams, such as Anwar Sadat’s death in a stadium, where she tried to save him to no avail. While driving to work the next day and heard the news on the radio she went into shock, realizing that the dream she had that night was at the identical time of his death. This has been a pattern throughout her life.

As she embarks on this newest chapter of her life, Ms. Cooperman Rosen remains a beacon of inspiration and a testament to the enduring power of dedication, perseverance, and entrepreneurial spirit.
