With more than 20 years of experience as a pharmaceutical executive and healthcare specialist, Ms. Lam is a successful entrepreneurial leader. She has served as President of LLC Federal Solutions since 2009. Additionally, she is the founder of DermaGym, an anti-aging spa that serves the Miami area by bridging the gap between traditional spa services and medical services. Since 2016, Ms. Lam has focused on developing the spa brand and is currently working with another spa in California. Her goal is to help people increase their self-confidence.
Prior to her current duties, Ms. Lam served as an Account Manager for MBNA from 2000-2001 and then served as Area Representative for Florida and California for IVAX Pharmaceuticals from 2002-2004. In 2004 she was promoted to Government Sales Specialist, a position she held until 2005 when she joined AB as a Sales Specialist for the national government. She then worked at AD between 2009 and 2010 as a regional account manager for bioanalytical systems. While at IVAX Pharmaceuticals, Ms. Lam was recognized as the 2005 Sales Representative of the Year.
Before embarking on her professional career, Ms. Lam earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University in 2001. Most recently, she received certification from Wharton Business School for scaling a $1 billion unicorn business in 2022, earning a respectable score of 92.31%.
Her Uncle Joe, who came to the United States from Vietnam, served in the US military and instilled in her family a strong sense of patriotism that Ms. Lam still holds dear to this day. Looking ahead, she intends to spend more time focusing on philanthropy to empower more women entrepreneurs and spread more kindness in her community.
