Currently, she excels as a minimum data set (MDS) coordinator for the Sutton Park Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, bearing a wealth of prior experience in MDS protocols — a standardized assessment of an adult’s functional, medical, psychosocial and cognitive status. She previously served in similar roles at a number of health care facilities, beginning at the Buena Vida Continuing Care and Rehabilitation Center in 2001. Before her work there, Ms. Urmeneta held positions of nursing leadership at several nursing homes.
