An accomplished entrepreneur in the battery industry, Ms. Guerrero is the founder and chief executive officer of Electric Goddess, a provider of specialized consulting services for battery innovations and optimization across automotive, micromobility, energy storage systems, aerospace, and space applications. Since founding the company in 2019, she has managed strategy, partnerships, and projects with a focus on cultivating sustainable technology for the circularity of the battery industry. She began her career with an internship at SpaceX, where she played a key role in integrating the $4 billion Dragon 1 Cargo NASA contract requirements into the supply chain. For each of these roles, her expertise in translating technical language into understandable terms for a broader audience has been instrumental in her success.

Ms. Guerrero’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from Appalachian State University, which she completed in 2014. Her academic achievements have provided her with a strong foundation of curiosity for understanding societal dynamics and astrophysics, which have contributed to her ability to navigate the complexities of the business and technical world. Ms. Guerrero’s commitment to community service is evident through her involvement with organizations such as Golden Together, where she serves on the advisory board, and her past volunteer work building houses for families.
