Mr. Dikshit started his career in medical technology industry as an Associate Research and Product Development professional at Pluss Advanced Technologies in 2014, and oversaw development of multiple projects until 2017, where his contributions led to development of a critical care instrument for newborns, suffering from birth asphyxia, that ended up saving the lives of thousands of children in developing countries which played an instrumental role in the development of his career and a key role in his aspiration to grow in Med-Tech industry. In 2018, Mr. Dikshit expanded his reach by stepping into quality management consulting by starting Chirantan Solutions headquartered in India, with the sole focus on helping new medical device initiatives establish a quality management system to navigate through the regulatory requirements of design and development phases and provide a safe and secure device for the patient. In 2023, Chirantan Solutions started operations in North America, expanding its focus on optimizing business operations, streamlining processes, and improving safety for medical device industry.
Mr. Dikshit’s academic background includes a diploma from Kendriya Vidyalaya in his native country of India in 2008, a Bachelor of Pharmacy at Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya in India in 2012 and a Master of Science in Drug Delivery from Aston University in Birmingham, England, in 2013. Further enhancing his expertise, he pursued a Postgraduate Executive Diploma in Regulatory Affairs from the Institute of Good Manufacturing Practices India, graduating in 2018.
In addition to his formal education, Mr. Dikshit holds several certifications that have bolstered his professional capabilities. He is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and a Certified Medical Device Auditor through ASQ World Headquarters. Additionally, he holds a certification in Health Technology Assessment from the Indian Institute of Technology in a World Health Organization, National Health System Resource Centre, and Indian Institute of Technology collaboration.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Dikshit is actively involved with the American Society for Quality. He has also been engaged with civic-minded organizations, serving as a Teacher with Lions Clubs International since 2012.
