Mr. Davis is a distinguished professional in the field of corporate real estate solutions, currently serving as senior managing director at Jones Lang LaSalle IP Inc. (JLL) since 2015. In this role, he represents clients, particularly occupiers, in real estate transactions. He leads a team of five people and brings in additional teams as needed to assist clients with specific projects or find solutions to particular problems. Additionally, he engages specialists within the JLL family to support clients nationally and internationally in lease administration, lease accounting, facility management, property management and project management.
Prior to his tenure at JLL, Mr. Davis was vice president at Cushman and Wakefield Alliance from 2008 to 2015. During this period, he honed his skills in real estate transactions and client representation. His career began in the military as a crew chief in the United States Air Force from 2001 to 2009, where he also served in the National Guard for eight years. Concurrently, he worked as an account manager at SunSource from 2006 to 2008.
Mr. Davis’s educational background includes an associate degree in military technologies and applied sciences from the Community College of the Air Force, obtained in 2001. He also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from Bowling Green State University in 2006.
Mr. Davis has received numerous accolades throughout his career, including the Community Excellence Award from the Ohio Board of Realtors and several Power Broker Awards from JLL. His military service has also been recognized with numerous National Guard awards. In accounting for his overall success, he largely credits hard work, perseverance and adaptability–qualities that have significantly contributed to his achievements in corporate real estate solutions.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Davis has been actively involved in various industry-related organizations. He served as a board member of the Columbus Board of Realtors for eight years. His commitment to community service is evident through his role as co-founder of Five Foundation Inc., established in 2009, and his long-standing association with Nationwide Children’s Hospital for over 15 years.
Outside of his professional life, Mr. Davis enjoys golfing and spending time with his family. He aims to maintain and strengthen existing client relationships while forming new ones to provide a better life for his family.
