Ms. Marchal-Lemoine’s academic background has been foundational to her professional achievements. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Sciences Po in 1997, specialized in Public Service, followed by a Master’s Degree from Université Paris Dauphine in 1998 . Ms. Marchal-Lemoine further enhanced her qualifications succeeding at the Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) exam in 2024. This educational journey has provided her with critical knowledge and honed her networking skills and ability to manage complex tasks—skills that have been instrumental in her professional success.

Even beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Marchal-Lemoine is deeply involved in civic associations and philanthropic activities. She holds positions across several organizations, including Exponent Philanthropy, Alliance Française du Westchester, Sciences Po American Foundation, and OvercomeSynGAP1. Ms. Marchal-Lemoine has also previously advised or volunteered with Children’s Academy, LP4Y USA, Afrika Startup Lab and Sciences Po Alumni USA Inc., among others. Her commitment to civic engagement is further highlighted by her volunteer work with nongovernmental organizations and charities in London, when she lived there. In recognition of her contributions to the French community in the United States, Ms. Marchal-Lemoine was awarded the Trophée des Français des Etats-Unis by Le Petit Journal in 2023.

Outside of her career, Ms. Marchal-Lemoine is a devoted mother of three children. She finds joy in traveling and immersing herself in cultural experiences such as visiting museums, attending theater performances, and enjoying concerts.
