Dr. Dunne’s educational background has been instrumental in shaping her career. She earned a Doctor of Philosophy in human development from Fielding Graduate University in 2010 and received two master’s degrees, one in communication from Regent University and one in human and organizational development from Fielding Graduate University. Her foundational studies were conducted at Miami Dade College in the topic of the humanities, as well as at the University of Miami in secondary education and training. Dr. Dunne attributes much of her success to the mentors who have provided support throughout her life, instilling resilience that has become a cornerstone of her leadership philosophy.

Outside of her professional life, Dunne is deeply involved with her community through activities such as serving on the education committee for the Chamber of Commerce in Chula Vista, California, and founding schools within local churches. She also expresses her faith through singing at church and providing pre-marriage counseling. She has published two musical albums, which can be heard on Spotify, and her books include The Multigenerational Marketplace, The Science of Social Influence, Relating through the Lifespan, Emerge, Numb, and her latest work Outsourced. She hosts a weekly radio show, MindsetMatters, and a podcast, Communication Architects, which has been downloaded over 10,000 times to date.

Married for more than three decades to her husband Adrian, she takes pride in their family life with their children, Ethan and Cymone. Her hobbies include hiking, participating in worship teams, speaking engagements, writing endeavors and enjoying time at the beach.

Looking ahead, Dr. Dunne is committed to a significant educational initiative: establishing Christian community colleges across every county in the United States to provide an effective Socratic model for education reform. This ambitious 10-year plan includes building phase one of CVCU with a campus and performing arts center already promised by a donor. Furthermore, she continues challenging prevailing educational practices by writing, with upcoming works such as “The Bachelor Epidemic,” which follows her critical examination of American education in “Why America’s Kids Need an Education Revolution.”
