Before his lengthy career at William Raveis, Mr. Perez was a broker, sales vice president and team leader at RE/MAX from 1987 to 2005. During this period, he honed his sales management and team leadership skills, playing a pivotal role in expanding the company’s client base and achieving substantial growth. Mr. Perez has notably closed over 500 transactions, 20 of which were homes bought and sold as investment property for clients.
Pivoting into his industry after 15 years of success in the corporate sector working for a Fortune 500 company, Mr. Perez also owned a tanning salon, nail salon and gym in Shelton, Connecticut, for five years.
Mr. Perez’s career began with a solid educational foundation. He completed his high school education at La Salle Academy in New York City, graduating with honors. Subsequently, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in industrial and organizational psychology from Manhattan University in 1966. This academic background gave him valuable insights into human behavior and organizational dynamics, which have been crucial in his approach to real estate sales and management. Highly qualified in his field, Mr. Perez holds credentials as a real estate broker and real estate agent in Connecticut and as a real estate agent in Vermont.
