Ms. Boskovich is a recognized transformational fundraising expert and currently serves as the senior director of advancement at Horizon House of Indianapolis, a role she has held since 2024. In this capacity, she collaborates to ensure that the organization meets its annual fundraising goals by partnering with public relations and marketing strategies to enhance the organization’s visibility across the region. Additionally, Ms. Boskovich emphasizes transformation over transactional giving, helping donors better comprehend the positive impact of their contributions and the role they play in saving lives.

Before accepting her current leadership role, Ms. Boskovich thrived as the director of development at Medical Mutts from 2023 to 2024. In 2023, she served as a major gifts officer at the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis and from 2020 to 2023, she held the title of association senior director of development for the company. Her tenure at the YMCA also included a role as the regional director of annual giving from 2017 to 2020, where Ms. Boskovich relied on critical experience gained from her work as the senior director of development for Project Lead the Way between 2016 and 2017 and senior director of development with the YMCA of San Francisco from 2012 through 2015.

Ms. Boskovich counts her time with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as especially noteworthy. She was proud to be part of a dedicated, collaborative team that raised millions for a groundbreaking medication that transformed the lives of those affected by cystic fibrosis. Specifically, Ms. Boskovich coordinated special events from 2006 to 2011 before progressing to the role of chapter director of operations in 2012.

Ms. Boskovich forged her presence in the industry with roles such as auxiliaries coordinator at the Chicago Botanic Garden from 2002 to 2003 and logistics coordinator at Rotary International from 2003 to 2004. She subsequently accepted the title of development associate with SOS Children’s Villages Illinois in 2004 before advancing to become the special events manager at Lutheran Child and Family Services from 2005 to 2006. She attributes much of her success to her mother’s model of exemplary generosity and hard work and counts her influence as key to her own commitment to philanthropy and community service engagement.

Exceptional academic accomplishments have further shaped Ms. Boskovich’s profile and include a Bachelor of Arts in English from Augustana College, which she completed in 2001. In addition, she exhibited a persistent commitment to continuous learning by earning the certified fundraising executive designation from CFRE International in 2016. In recognition of her many meaningful contributions, Ms. Boskovich has humbly accepted various leadership awards from the YMCA.

Ms. Boskovich cherishes spending quality time with her husband and is a devoted mother to triplets, whom she aims to raise as kind and loving individuals. Looking toward the future, Ms. Boskovich aspires to have a more significant impact on her community through her work and hopes to be regarded as a coach and leader within it.
