GRASS VALLEY, CA, May 30, 2024 /24-7PressRelease/ — James Henderson, Esq., has been recognized for inclusion in Marquis Who’s Who. As in all Marquis Who’s Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Mr. Henderson has distinguished himself as an attorney with a career spanning over four decades. Since 1980, he has been at the helm of Henderson Law Firm. After initially engaging in general law, including family law, criminal law, and professional and product liability, he focused on personal injury law. His proficiency in these areas has earned him respect and recognition within the legal community. His practice is characterized by a deep commitment to clients suffering from catastrophic injuries, often taking on cases referred by peers and former clients. Semi-retired, Henderson remains an active member of the California State Bar Association. He continues to counsel injured clients, and where appropriate, refer them to experienced and qualified colleagues. Throughout his career Mr. Henderson has also generously engaged in pro bono work through Henderson Law Firm, demonstrating his dedication to serving those unable to afford legal representation.
Before establishing his firm, Mr. Henderson enriched his legal career through academia. He served as a law professor, imparting his knowledge to law students, and as an assistant dean at Loma Linda School of Law in Redlands, California [Unassociated with Loma Linda University and Medical Center]. In preparation for his career in law, Mr. Henderson completed pre-law coursework at the La Sierra campus of Loma Linda University. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in theology and history from Newbold College in the U.K. and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Pepperdine University. He was placed on the Dean’s Honor List in recognition of Academic Excellence in the study of Law for the academic year 1977-1978.
Despite a busy legal practice, his interest in the role of law in promoting health and healing led him to author two books criticizing modern pharmaceutical medicine and the legal foundations of medical practice law. The first book was “Indicted! Nutritional Healing vs The Pharmaceutical Suppression of Symptoms” (2009), republished as Death Came in a White Robe: 5 Reasons to Indict Big Pharma (2018). Then, hoping to achieve an even greater impact on the practice of medicine and to provide a more fundamental legal approach to medical malpractice law, he published his second book “Whisper of the Serpent: How a False Religious Theory of Knowledge Destroyed Ancient and Modern Science and Medicine” (2011). The Whisper is a tour de force through 2,500 years of the conflict between empirical and rationalistic science and medicine, which Henderson succinctly sums up in one bold statement: If the science is false, the medicine will be false; and if law is also based on false science, neither the patient nor the plaintiff can achieve justice.
Henderson’s writing career has also explored other fields of interest: The book Jerusalem: The Grand Prize, surveys the causes of the perpetual Middle East wars and conflicts; the book Daniel’s Last Stand in two volumes, explores the relevancy of Daniel’s prophecies to the individual and present world affairs; the book Evangelical Civil War: Will the Right Seize Power? examines the civil war within evangelical Christianity. His latest book, From the Ghettos to the Thrones of Europe, chronicles the life and activities of the Jews in the Ghettos of Europe over 1,700 years. For him, this work was a virtual trail of tears as he labored to reconstruct what life must have been like for his maternal Sephardic ancestors. A consummate historian of political, philosophical, prophetic, and religious themes, Henderson places the Ghettos in the setting of the power dynamics and ideological interactions during this period of Jewish banishment leading up to their final restoration to the holy land.
Mr. Henderson is a passionate historian and attorney who dedicated his life to the search for justice and truth. Many articles and transcripts of talks he has given over the years can be found on the soon-to-be-launched website: Insearchofhistory.info. His latest venture, also showcased on this website, is the project, “Institute for the Advancement of Learning.” Imitating Sir Frances Bacon’s Advancement of Learning, which helped pull Europe out of the Dark Ages, Henderson endeavors to restore America’s Institutions of law, knowledge, medicine, and science, before she slides irrevocably into a New Dark Age. Scholars in all fields are invited to join his “Institution for the Advancement of Learning.”
