There he spearheaded the launch of GroupM’s Responsible Investment Framework across five key areas—Brand Safety, Data Ethics, DE&I, Responsible Journalism, and Sustainability. This groundbreaking initiative, which introduced pioneering approaches to measuring media placement’s carbon footprint and support for local journalism, contributed to GroupM being named MediaPost’s Holding Company of the Year in both 2021 and 2022.

Throughout his tenure at GroupM, Mr. Baiman led transformative corporate initiatives, including the launches of GroupM’s newest performance unit, data unit and newest media agency, while achieving unprecedented digital and social growth. His expertise in crisis management has been demonstrated through successfully navigating industry challenges, including the #StopHateForProfit campaign and various social media platform controversies.

Mr. Baiman also led a comprehensive global repositioning initiative, collaborating with over 100 marketing communications professionals worldwide to establish a consistent global voice. This initiative resulted in measurable improvements in effectiveness across all external and internal channels.

Prior to his role at GroupM, Mr. Baiman founded JRB Associates, where he provided strategic communications consulting to various clients. His earlier career included positions at Hudson Cutler & Co. and Sharp Decisions, where he notably contributed to the company’s V.E.T.S. Program that helps U.S. service members transition into technology careers, growing it to $15 million in annual revenue.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Baiman has demonstrated thought leadership through his compelling LinkedIn articles addressing complex social issues and shown commitment to community service through his work with the Samaritan Village Drug Rehabilitation Center in Manhattan.
