Mr. Fiore owns and operates Luk’s Bar and Grill in Hudson, New Hampshire, where he oversees all business aspects. His role includes managing operations, while his wife handles catering bookings and other functions. Meanwhile, he employs a general manager and an executive chef to oversee front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities. Mr. Fiore’s dedication to creating a family atmosphere has made him an expert in the bar and grill industry.
Mr. Fiore’s passion in the service industry began at a very young age while helping his grandmother “Yaya” prepare meals for guests. His passion for cooking started at age 14, and by 19, while at Ya Mamma’s in Nashua, NH he honed his culinary skills as a cook and was instrumental in helping a well-known chef open a restaurant in Salem, NH. He decided to continue his growth and expand his knowledge by working at Martha’s Exchange Restaurant and Brewery in Nashua, NH. He then, despite his early success in the culinary field, pivoted when he decided to pursue a career in nursing when he became a father, seeking stability for his growing family. He started on the cardiac unit and later as an operating room technician at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center.
After just a few years in health care, Mr. Fiore transitioned to Comcast, where he spent over 17 years as a line technician and in business support roles. However, his passion for the restaurant industry kept him moonlighting as a cook, manager or bartender at various restaurants, leading him back to the full-time restaurant industry. In December of 2019, he began bartending at Luk’s Bar and Grill, where his son worked as a cook. By early January 2020, Mr. Fiore became part owner of the establishment and took on full ownership with his wife, Christine, in January 2024.
In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Fiore is deeply involved in civic activities. He is chaiman of the board of directors for the Hudson Chamber of Commerce in New Hampshire. He has coached football and lacrosse youth, high school and semi-pro leagues in Nashua, Hudson, Hollis-Brookline and Manchester, New Hampshire, for two decades and had the opportunity to serve as the athletic director for the Nashua Police Athletic League while starting the football program when Nashua cut the middle school football program in multiple schools. Mr. Fiore’s contributions extend to various children’s and sports programs and the New Hampshire Breast Cancer Coalition.
Throughout his career, Mr. Fiore has received numerous accolades, including Best Chicken Wings, Best Wedding Venue, Best Function Hall from The Best of Nashua, Small Business of the Year from the Chamber of Commerce in Hudson, and Best Burger of the Year from WMUR Local News TV, among many other finalist awards. He was also a finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year for 2024. His commitment to excellence and community service continues to define his professional journey.
Mr. Fiore attributes his success to humility and strives to help those around him grow and succeed, working closely with surrounding recovery programs, emphasizing the importance of remembering one’s roots and always remaining humble. Looking ahead, he aims to expand Luk’s Bar and Grill by opening additional locations and hopes to launch a food truck to support children’s sports games by donating proceeds back to their organizations by 2026.
