She holds certifications as an infant feeding technician since 2019 and as a registered dietitian since 2014. Ms. Enderle’s personal experiences with nutrition began during high school following her diagnosis of irritable bowel syndrome and acid reflux, which led to gallbladder removal. These challenges ignited her passion for nutrition and ultimately guided her career path. With her experience in neonatal intensive care, in response to the formula shortage crisis in 2022, she began creating educational content on social media to address misinformation about infant nutrition, which led to the establishment of Baby Food and Fun.
Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Enderle is actively involved in civic-minded organizations, including organizing donation drives for Hurricane Helene victims through Helping Mamas Knoxville. She also helps to coach her daughter’s Girls On The Run team at school. Her contributions have been recognized by MSN as one of the Top 12 Women Disruptors of 2024.
In her personal life, Ms. Enderle enjoys spending time outdoors, taking nature walks, playing softball, cooking and learning about food safety.
