Before joining Redwood Agency Group, Mr. Kampert was employed by Allstate in various positions. Hired in 2014 as a commercial specialist and licensed sales producer, he focused on building a solid foundation in commercial insurance and sales, which paved the way for his subsequent roles. In 2016, he worked as a life and health, property and casualty, and business and commercial insurance producer, where he developed a comprehensive understanding of various insurance products and their applications. Subsequently, Mr. Kampert served as a manager for Attstate from 2017 to 2018. During this period, he honed his managerial skills and gained valuable insights into the operational aspects of the insurance industry.
Mr. Kampert’s journey in the insurance industry started during college when he pursued a summer internship at an Allstate office in Saint Louis. This experience led to a full-time customer service position offered by a top Allstate agent.
In preparation for his career, Mr. Kampert pursued college coursework with aspirations of entering Hanover College’s business program. Although he did not complete a degree program, his educational background provided him with essential skills that have been instrumental in his professional achievements. He also garnered several certifications as a personal, commercial, life and health insurance broker from Redwood Agency Group in multiple states, making him highly qualified.
Outside of his professional obligations, Mr. Kampert is active in his community. He notably enjoys mentoring through his church and coaching youth sports teams.
Recognizing his hard work, Mr. Kampert received the Top Sales Award for his outstanding performance. His dedication to supporting others and fostering meaningful relationships has been critical to his success.
