Before founding Gypsum Consulting, Mrs. Dahl honed her skills at Coast Incorporated from 2018 to 2020. Initially joining as an account manager, she excelled in sales for Amazon before advancing to assistant manager. Her tenure at Coast Incorporated was marked by her ability to drive significant revenue growth and develop strong client relationships. Before this role, Mrs. Dahl gained valuable experience in public relations and event planning at Jasculca Terman Strategic Communications and Vision Event Studio in Chicago.
Mrs. Dahl’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in communications from the University of Missouri in Columbia in 2018. During college, she was actively involved with the Phi Sigma Theta National Honor Society and Gamma Phi Beta sorority. Additionally, Mrs. Dahl was a member of the University of Missouri Dance Team, Golden Girls, from 2014 to 2016.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Mrs. Dahl is actively involved in civic organizations, such as RBC Race for the Kids, Feed My Starving Children and The Salvation Army.
Recognized for her commitment to excellence, Mrs. Dahl received several accolades, including a Rookie Owner of the Year Award in 2021 and a Top Office of the Year award from CenturyLink in 2022. She attributes her success to her dedication to supporting colleagues and clients. Her passion for sales was inspired by her family’s legacy in the drywall industry, leading her to name her company Gypsum Consulting as a tribute to her father and grandfather.
As part of her professional plans, Mrs. Dahl envisions expanding Gypsum Consulting’s presence across all U.S. time zones. Ultimately, she would like to establish 100 locations where she can make a more significant difference in her field.
