Ms. Frascona has carved a niche for herself as a mediator and professional consultant, holding the esteemed position of president and chief executive officer at KMF Consulting LLC since 2009. Ms. Frascona’s approach is tailored to helping individuals overcome challenges and progress. In 2020, Ms. Frascona expanded her leadership roles by becoming the president and chief executive officer of MOMFIA, FBP with KMF Consulting.

Before embarking on her entrepreneurial journey, Ms. Frascona contributed her skills to the education sector as an alternative to suspension and in-school suspension instructor and substitute teacher with The School District of Palm Beach County from 2007 to 2016. Ms. Frascona’s work in the educational field was instrumental in shaping the futures of many young individuals.

Ms. Frascona completed coursework in mediation, alternative dispute resolution, and conflict resolution at Lakewood University and earned a national certification in mediation and negotiation on campus. To further enhance her expertise, she obtained several other certifications, including in anger and aggression counseling from The Kew Training Academy Ltd., teaching English to speakers of other languages through the International Open Academy, and coaching strategies for leaders and assertive communication from The Achieve Centre for Leadership. Additionally, Ms. Frascona earned a diploma in nutrition from Upskill.

Apart from her work-related ventures, Ms. Frascona is a professional member of Prime Dispute. Outside of her professional life, she is deeply involved in civic activities that reflect her commitment to community service. She has been actively involved with Period Project Harrisburg, distributing menstruation products to schools, nonprofit medical clinics, and church outreach programs, and conducting educational seminars. From 2001 to 2009, Ms. Frascona volunteered with the Youth Ministry at Christ Fellowship Church and coached flag football for i9 Sports in 2005. Additionally, she volunteered for The School District of Palm Beach County from 2005 to 2016.

Ms. Frascona’s creative output includes several publications and projects promoting health, well-being, and effective conflict-resolution strategies. Among these are “My Medical Manager,” a comprehensive medical guide published in 2000, “Resolve to Win,” in 2011, which targets corporate and individual conflict resolution strategies, and “Welcome to the Invention of Life,” a self-guided manual through change and discovery, which was revised in 2015.

Recognizing her success, Ms. Frascona’s contributions have been recognized with an International Award for Conflict Resolution and Mediation from Prime Dispute almost yearly and commendations from The Salvation Army’s Capitol area region for providing services to their youth enrichment and summer events.

Ms. Frascona aims to deepen her ability to assist others effectively. Her future goals include expanding her work with nonprofit organizations, creating spaces for collaborative conflict resolution, learning more about mediation techniques, combining travel with her work to reach a broader audience, and partnering with psychologists to discuss daily life challenges actively. Through these endeavors, Ms. Frascona seeks to empower more individuals worldwide by sharing her knowledge and experiences.
