Among other professional accomplishments, Mr. Saunders is affiliated with Lindamood-Bell, a renowned tutoring organization. In this capacity, he teaches individuals how to read using their pioneering method, which incorporates verbalization, visualization, symbols, and images. This method particularly benefits those with dyslexia. During its Stanford summer studies program, Mr. Saunders was instrumental in helping children and twins struggling with reading.

From 2003 to 2006, Mr. Saunders served as the academy director of education and iPOP master at John Robert Powers Acting/Modeling/Singing/Dancing Academy. In this role, he successfully managed the academy and played a crucial part in launching the careers of over 35 individuals. Despite initially attempting to veer away from education, his passion for theater and English consistently drew him back, underscoring his commitment to nurturing talent. Earlier in his career, Mr. Saunders earned the opportunity to work on Broadway for an impressive 14 months.

His career started as an announcer, first in radio in Washington D.C., Los Angeles, Denver and San Francisco. He then moved to television as one of the four voices of ABC-TV, primarily promoting daytime soap operas. After experiencing success in advertising at the agency level, then later as a media sales representative in both print and television, he left advertising to form Hunta Productions.

Mr. Saunders’s innovative approach to film production is exemplified by his acclaimed screenplay, “Black Is A Rainbow Twice.” An accomplished author, his stage adaptations derived from his first book, “Collection ’73,” which initially showcased his creativity and ingenuity. Mr. Saunders takes great pride in his collaborations with artists who have brought his creative vision to life and publishers who have breathed life into his words. Additionally, Mr. Saunders has recorded spoken versions of each book, adding a personal touch to his work.

As a presentation specialist, Mr. Saunders combined his advertising and marketing expertise with film making and created what is known as merchandising tie-in for film, creating a revenue stream that out runs box office 3 to 1.He negotiated over $9.612 Billion in media and film financing.

In preparation for his career, Mr. Saunders obtained a bachelor’s degree in Theater, English, and Education from Loretto Heights College in 1974. His academic background has been instrumental in shaping his multifaceted career, providing him with the foundational knowledge and skills necessary for his various roles.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Saunders is actively involved in professional and civic-minded organizations. He is a member of the National Thespian Society and has been active in the Spirit Of Loretto committee, where he played a crucial role in organizing a 50-year reunion for his class. Furthermore, Mr. Saunders has generously donated to Commún, Spero Winery and Regis University for their awards luncheon and nighttime dinner sponsorships. Aside from civic initiatives, Mr. Saunders is a passionate and dedicated softball player who excels locally and internationally, having been inducted into the prestigious Advertising Softball World Series Hall of Fame (1990).
