Mr. Henderson’s educational background has been instrumental in his professional achievements. He earned a Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University. Further enhancing his leadership skills, he completed coursework through executive education at the University of Pennsylvania, Kennedy School of Government, and the Wharton Fellows Program.
Mr. Henderson’s impact is deeply rooted in the values instilled by his parents. His mother taught him resilience and kindness, while his father, a United States Army Special Forces member, imparted the Army Ranger code of honesty, readiness and servant leadership. Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Henderson is known for his contributions as a civic-minded citizen. He is a life member of the Native American Heritage Association, Wyoming Big Hole River Foundation, Historic Carversville Society and the Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.
In his personal life, Mr. Henderson finds joy in family, fitness, and regenerative gardening.
