She also held the title of Network Support Engineer at Afiniti, a leading software company in Lahore, Pakistan, from 2015 to 2016. Ms. Ali’s journey in the IT industry commenced in 2013 as an associate network engineer at Networks Trend.
Eager for the future of her career, Ms. Ali envisions herself continuing to ascend within the IT industry with aspirations of becoming a chief technology officer for a leading organization like Cisco or Google. Aside from her work-related endeavors, she is passionate about giving back. She is involved with the Blood Donor Society and the American Red Cross, advocating and giving back to individuals in need of blood, especially children suffering from the inherited blood disorder Thalassemia. Ms. Ali also works for an animal rescue society in Pakistan.
In preparation for her professional success, Ms. Ali earned her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Government College University in Lahore, Pakistan, in 2013. Adding to her accomplishments, she has received several certifications from Cisco, including as a network associate of routing and switching, network professional of routing and switching, specialist in collaboration core, and network professional. She also completed a course in strategic thinking through LinkedIn. Notably, Ms. Ali is the only person on her team at Verizon with active Cisco certifications. She is presently working towards achieving the highest level of accreditation through Cisco, Microsoft and a Master of Business Administration in management information systems and services at Stevens Institute of Technology.
Throughout her career, Ms. Ali has been recognized for her exceptional service and dedication.
