Prior to her current position, Ms. Kola was the marketing director at Cassena Care from 2023 to 2024. She also served as a personal assistant to the chief executive officer at Cassena Care in 2023. Her experience includes working as a customer experience coordinator at The Residence at Westport in Westport, Connecticut, from 2022 to 2023 and as a leasing agent at The Residences on Bedford in 2022. From 2021 to 2022, she was a concierge at Meadow Ridge.
Ms. Kola’s earlier roles include serving as a move-in coordinator and assistant sales director at Benchmark Senior Living from 2014 to 2022. She was also a short-term rehabilitation concierge at Wilton Meadows Rehabilitation and Health Care Center from 2020 to 2021. In 2014, she worked as a home care coordinator for Family Care Plus. Her career in telecommunications included positions such as network account manager at Total Communications from 2012 to 2013 and account executive at Cablevision in 2012. Additionally, she held a community relations role with Priority Care from 2002 to 2005.
Ms. Kola’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in business and commerce from Massey College. Her passion for serving others has been a driving force throughout her professional life. Initially starting her career with Estee Lauder and other companies distributing designer fragrances, she later moved into telecommunications before focusing on health care.
Her civic involvement is extensive, including volunteering with the Alzheimer’s Association, SilverSource, United Way Worldwide, senior centers and the American Cancer Society. She also serves on advisory boards for Stop and Shop and Eversource. Ms. Kola’s dedication to her work was recognized when she received the Employee of the Year award from Benchmark Senior Living in 2017.
Ms. Kola enjoys a rich personal life outside of her professional commitments. She is passionate about going to the gym, cooking, gardening and enjoying arts, music and entertainment. Wine tasting is another of her interests. As a mother of one son, she values family time and aims to continue serving others through her work for many years to come, believing that having a purpose is essential to her fulfillment.
