Leveraging over 15 years of success in her industry, Ms. Rogers’s career began on the business process side of companies; focused on Marketing and Sales Operations. In 2015, she transitioned into an Information Technology professional career, taking her experience from the business workflow side and scaling it into organizational transformation opportunities leveraging Salesforce. Through this transition, she was inducted into the Salesforce MVP Hall of Fame in 2019. This is a lifetime accomplishment recognizing her many years as an innovative force on the Salesforce Platform.
Apart from her full-time positions, Ms. Rogers shared her Salesforce expertise in a consulting capacity at the University of Houston in 2006. She partnered with the Bauer College of Business Professional Excellence in Selling Program to build out their CRM implementation. CRM implementation is still leveraged today to support the program and has taught thousands of students how to run customer focused interactions through Salesforce. She has also made numerous literary contributions, including authoring several articles on Salesforce migration and administration that have guided many individuals in their learning and career paths within the technology sector.
Ms. Rogers’s educational background includes earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in marketing and a minor in sales from the University of Houston in 2006. Complementing her degree are several certifications, including becoming a Salesforce certified administrator through Salesforce Inc. in 2000 and a SAFe 4 certified Agilist by Scaled Agile Inc. in 2017.
