Mr. Hantgan has also been active as the chair of senior housing for CHAI Comprehensive Housing Assistance Inc., a past president of the Baltimore Center for Jewish Education, and an advisor on the Associated Catholic Charities’ Project Fresh Start, which helps find housing for homeless families.
