Mr. Warrington also held several key positions at Telcordia Technologies Inc., formerly known as Bellcore, in Piscataway, New Jersey. These roles included director of public policy and regulatory solutions from 1997 and 1998), director of the telecommunications public policy and regulatory planning resource center between 1995 and 1996), and manager of public policy and regulatory affairs from 1992 to 1995.

Mr. Warrington’s academic background laid a strong foundation for his illustrious career. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in physics from Lincoln University in Pennsylvania, a Master of Business Administration in accounting and management information systems from Columbia University, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence in business law from Rutgers University. His passion for knowledge and continuous learning has been pivotal to his success.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Warrington is a life member of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People and is deeply committed to advocating for African American businesses.
