Mr. Della Sala’s strategic vision led to the merger and acquisition of four other companies, significantly expanding KSA’s market presence and product offerings. Before joining KSA, Mr. Della Sala served as the vice president of Total Energy Systems from 1996 to 2005, where he played a pivotal role in business development and operational efficiency. His earlier career included a successful stretch at AO Smith Water Products Co., where he was initially hired as a sales coordinator before becoming a district manager until 1996, honing his skills in sales management and product distribution.
Mr. Della Sala earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in management from Kean University in 1987. Throughout his career, he has been an active member of the Association of Independent Manufacturers/Representatives Inc., reflecting his commitment to professional development and industry standards.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Della Sala is deeply involved in various civic organizations that reflect his commitment to community service. He has contributed his time and resources to Mercy Special Learning Center in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and is a past president of Brookside Country Club’s board of directors. Earlier in his career, Mr. Della Sala also served as a past grand knight of the Knights of Columbus and was the vice president of the Union County Regional School Board.
Mr. Della Sala’s dedication to his profession has earned him numerous accolades, including the Mark D. Lupton Award for Best Room A/C Rep in 2012 during his tenure with Keystone Sales and Associates and Comfort-Aire Representative of the Year from Heat Controller that same year. A.O. Smith also named Mr. Della Sala the National Salesman of the Year in 1994 while working for the organization.
