Mr. Thekkenaduvath’s career began at KRAN Consulting, where he served as a technical team lead and was solving problems in the eGovernance sector in the early days of internet. He then joined UST Global, initially as an engineering lead, then delivery manager and later as a strategic account manager focusing on hunting and acquiring Fortune 100 clients. His subsequent tenure at Vanguard during the significant period of growth for the company, where he was involved in enterprise platforms transformations driving strategy and execution within the retirement and international business divisions.
Among other noteworthy roles, Mr. Thekkenaduvath held concurrent positions at VensureHCM and Vensure Employer Services as the chief executive officer & managing director and as the chief software development officer, respectively. These roles contributed significantly to the growth of the companies and his own expertise in executive leadership, M&A and platform launches.
Mr. Thekkenaduvath’s academic background includes a Master of Technology in electrical engineering from the University of Kerala, India and a Bachelor of Technology in electrical and electronics engineering from the University of Calicut, Kerala, India.
Born in Kerala, India, Mr. Thekkenaduvath remains active civically as the co-founder of the EDUS Foundation with his wife since 2009, which focuses on educating children and uplifting less fortunate through employability within the country. An ardent believer of true education and honorable employment opportunities, Mr. Thekkenaduvath founded Planck Epoch Institute of Professional Studies, which is aiming to transform the employability problem in the new age of AI.
