In addition to establishing Pinnacle Building Services in 2008, Ms. Morgan held several key positions at Victoria’s Secret & Victoria’s Secret Pink. From 2016 to 2021, she served as the demand and deployment manager, where she honed her skills in logistics and supply chain management. Prior to this role, she was the demand forecasting manager from 2014 to 2016, leading a team of analysts across three divisions that generated $700 million in annual sales revenue. Her earlier positions at Victoria’s Secret included serving as an inventory deployment manager, supervisor of inventory deployment, senior inventory deployment analyst and inventory deployment analyst.
Ms. Morgan began her storied career at Frey Scientific, now known as School Specialty LLC, where she worked as an inventory manager from 1995 to 2001 before advancing to the position of merchandising manager until 2005. Her extensive experience in inventory management laid a strong foundation for her subsequent roles in demand forecasting and transition to entrepreneurship.
In addition to her professional achievements, Ms. Morgan is actively involved in industry-related organizations such as the Mansfield Referral Association and ActionCOACH, which works to provide coaching and mentorship for new and aspiring business owners. Her accomplishments have been recognized through numerous awards and nominations — including the Regional Business Excellence Award in 2024 — while her dedication to fostering a positive work environment earned Pinnacle Building Services nominations and finalist status for the Best Company Culture, Entrepreneur of the Year, Best Service Based Company, and Best Overall Company awards from ActionCOACH and BizX.
Ms. Morgan’s success in the field was born of her strong educational background, which includes a Master of Business Administration from Ashland University in 2007 and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology with a concentration in sociology and a minor in child development from the same institution. She attributes her accomplishments to hard work, perseverance and always seeking innovative ways to overcome challenges and achieve her goals.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Morgan is deeply committed to civic engagement. She volunteers at the Richland County Dog Shelter and was involved with Pelotonia as a virtual rider and fundraiser from 2016 to 2021. Her past volunteer work includes Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio from 2004 to 2011 and various activities with United Way of Central Ohio. As an ambassador for the Richland Area Chamber and Economic Development, she actively contributes to community growth projects.
In her personal life, Ms. Morgan enjoys volunteering and spending quality time with her family. Looking to the future, she plans to expand Pinnacle Building Services and wants to establish it as the go-to resource for cleaning services in the community.
