She earned a Master of Arts in information science from the University of Michigan in 1979 and a bachelor’s degree in biology and sociology from Augustana College in 1974. To augment her knowledge and qualifications, she was certified in Neuro-linguistic Programming through NLP Connection from 1990 through the present and achieved certified master trainer status in 2024. She was also certified in hypnosis by the NLP Institute of California in 2002 and the NLP Health Certification by Anchor Point, Inc. from 1999 to 2000, further expanding her expertise.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Stageman is deeply committed to civic engagement.
