Additionally, Mr. Froderman successfully represented the largest self-moving company in a bad faith and defamation trial and defended manufacturers in significant cases involving Chronic Beryllium Disease and Superfund trials.

Mr. Froderman graduated with an undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Depauw University in Greencastle, Indiana, in 1986 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, in 1989.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Froderman has served on the board of the American College of Coverage Counsel. He is also an advisory board member of the Maricopa County Volunteer Lawyers’ Program and a board member of Pinewood Country Club. Moreover, Mr. Froderman chairs The Patryot Project Foundation, which focuses on providing shelters for homeless veterans in Phoenix. Over the past 15 years, he has notably led a large Purple Heart charity that raised close to $10 million and was awarded an honorary Purple Heart for his efforts.
