Before joining Informatica in 2024, Ms. Tolmie was an executive-level pricing strategist consultant at KPI – Key Pricing Initiatives from 2023 to 2024. She also held significant positions at UL Solutions, where she served as the director of pricing and proposal management between 2021 and 2022 and as the global pricing director for strategy and analytics from 2022 to 2023. While at UL Solutions, Ms. Tolmie managed the global pricing organization and led over a dozen team members in pricing, products and analytics. Her efforts included creating a unified pricing center and launching the company’s first-ever pricing and quoting tool.
Ms. Tolmie’s career also included the role of director of strategic pricing and business analytics at SBM Management Services in Sacramento, California, from 2020 to 2021, where she was instrumental in contributing to maintenance and cleaning services during the pandemic. Earlier, Ms. Tolmie was a senior manager in sales finance and pricing at Checkr in San Francisco and a director of finance and accounting at Meridian Asset Services in Saint Petersburg, Florida.
One of Ms. Tolmie’s most notable achievements was during her five-year tenure at First Advantage from 2013 to 2018. As a pricing strategist, she restructured the pricing department amidst several turnovers in the C-suite. She also boosted the company’s pricing strategy by creating a comprehensive competitive database and launching a new go-to-market pricing structure.
Ms. Tolmie’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of South Florida and a Master of Business Administration in finance from the University of Phoenix. In addition to her professional achievements, she was actively involved in civic-minded organizations as a volunteer for the School Fundamental Program in Florida.
