From 2017 to 2024, she was the director of health services at Farm Bureau Health Plans, where she concurrently held the position of manager of population health from 2017 to 2022. Her tenure at the Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence as a senior examiner from 2010 to 2017 further solidified her reputation as a dynamic leader in clinical quality improvement.
Ms. Hogan’s career also has included significant contributions at Maury Regional Medical Center, where she served from 2001 to 2016 as director of clinical outcomes, manager of clinical outcomes, and nurse manager. Her early career included a role in disease management at United Healthcare in the early 2000s. Additionally, she has been an advisory board member for Blood Assurance and served on the Maury County Chamber and Economic Alliance Board.
Ms. Hogan’s professional achievements are complemented by her Accredited Case Manager certification obtained through the American Case Management Association in 2013. She was appointed to the Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence Board of Examiners in both 2014 and 2017, and she is an active member of several industry-related organizations including the American Case Management Association KY-TN chapter.
Academically, Ms. Hogan’s background includes a Master of Business Administration from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, earned in 2013, a Bachelor of Science in health arts from the University of St. Francis in Joliet, earned in 2001, and an Associate of Science in Nursing from Columbia State Community College, obtained in 1985. Beyond her professional life, Ms. Hogan is deeply involved in civic activities. She has been a board member of the Kiwanis Club of Columbia since 2013 and serves as president of the Spring Hill Library Foundation.
